Terms & Conditions – Payment & Cancellations

• We request for 100% of the tour cost as advance to proceed ahead with the bookings.
• Any payments through payment gateway for credit card / online mode will attract bank charges to be paid to Pinwheel Travel N Experience Pvt. Ltd. additionally.
• Kindly note that advance paid to the airlines to hold seats is non-refundable as per the airline policy.
• Any incidental or actual expenses to be paid over and above the tour price.
• In an event of cancellation of an individual traveling on the tour, cancellation charges will be levied as per airline & hotel policy.
